Broody hen about to hatch chicks.?

nest box is fine....buy some chick feed pellets n some bran crushed...place a handful on some newspaper inside the nestbox if enuf room ...check on how much they eat ...they will make a bit of a mess..after a day or two put the feed in a shallow tray ....they will work it out...plenty fresh water as well...in a shallow tray....close the door at sunset after mother hen has taken them inside....open early next morning with fresh water n more feed....later give them normal chicken pellets when bigger...then much later layers pellets.....always plenty fresh water.....
