Well, what I do (Cause I have pretty bad anxiety issues) is closing my eyes and picturing the best thing possible. For example, if your craaaving icecream, close your eyes and picture yourself eating icecream. Or you can make up a "Fantasy Land" or a "Happy place" Sometimes people like to picture the guys the like (or with) doing the nicest thing, making you feel sooo good and happy. Hope this helps :)
