What's wrong with my chicken?

I have a broody chicken so we moved our other chickens in a different hutch. She went outside away from her eggs ( these weren't chick eggs we were mention to get them today) and will not go back to her eggs and just stays by the other hutch with all of her feathers up! IS SHE STILL BROODY???
