Please help, it's a wierd problem with chickens?

Ok, so one of our chcikens is broody, she has been sitting on two eggs for a least a day, with have no cockeral so we don't know what to do. I took her out of the chicken hutch thing and out of the pen, she just keeps running up and down the pen trying to get in. Please help we have no idea what to do. poor chickie! (the other chickens are fine)
