Go to the hospital. I had miscarried last month without knowing I was pregnant. Lucky me I passed everything and didn't have to have a dnc which is from what I hear a very unpleasant procedure. If you are filling one pad an hour then you are hemorrhaging. If you are hemorrhaging (from what you are describing it sounds like it) then you should go right away. If you are still in pain you may have not lost the baby yet and the doctors can help you. I didn't get to the hospital in time for them to help me but if you think that is what is happening to you then you should go right now. For future reference any time you miss a pill you should use protection for at least the next 7 days and after miscarrying you can get pregnant after 3 or 4 months depending on your doctor.
