Which chicken sounds the best for me?

Thanks to some people I crossed out some chickens and added some. Okay I want a chicken that has a lot of big eggs. I want them not to be aggressive. I want them not to be that flighty. Don't want it to be that broody. Here are the ones I am thinking of getting: Ameraucana, Barnevelder, Faverolles, Houdan, Black Star, Red Star, Rhode Island Red, Rhode Island White, Australorp, and Wyandottes.
