Why haven't my Eggs hatched yet?

Well it may be the 21st day but when a chick is going to hatch from it's egg it can take a couple of hours. So maybe by tomorrow most of the chicks will be hatched out of their eggs. Also if their is a hole in an egg like you mentioned then yeah probably in a couple of hours the eggs will hatch! Good luck with your new chickies!
